While sitting at a table at Kenny Rogers.

Just a thought. I keep seeing guys toting the handbags of their girlfriends/wives, no matter how small and girly they may be. I mean, what's up with that?

OK, so chivalry isn't dead. I would've taken up on any guy's offer to carry my bag for me if it's something big, heavy, and bulky. If I'm carrying some girly bag, I always decline offers like that to save the guy from embarassment, hahaha. C'mon, it's so funny seeing a guy carrying even the smallest girly purse for their significant others. And what about those girls who actually enjoy letting their boyfriends getting stared at while having those bags slung over their shoulders... Hahaha, maawa naman kayo sa image at manhood nga mga lalaki.

Hehehe, here's another photo from that same place I got that from...

Hahaha, yeah, add spice to your life... pero sad to say, pepper and gravy lang po ang available today.

  1. Hahahaha! So either ma-heat attack ka dahil sa cholesterol o kaya mabahing ka sa buhay mo?

I think that others like the feeling of having someone they can order around ;p Hindi mangyayari sa akin yan, not because she wants to preserve my manhood but because she wants to declare her self-sufficiency.

Sometimes nga I think that some girls enjoy the feeling of being in control. Pero sorry, wag naman ganyan. Lalabas na under the saya ang lalaki. Wawa naman kayo, haha.

  3. I like seeing guys with bags that are so girly it's obviously not theirs but belong to the ladies beside them. I like to think that they're secure with their sexuality and manhood enough so that they can do something like that. Even if the bag is not big and heavy, let's give the guys the opportunity to be gentlemen. That's my take. Go guys! Carry those bags, open those doors, let the ladies go first, pick up that fallen hanky...

  4. Hahaha, I guess I must be looking at the wrong guys. It seems that most of the guys I see kasi have these weary looks as if they'd rather be holding some other kind of bag.
Sure wish I could see more gentlemen that still open doors and let ladies go first.

  5. it's a few miles behind the FRIENDS episode where Joey wears girlie panties but I guess the same considerations are at play. Pag kayo ng boyfriend mo makita ko ha, you better be the one carrying the girlie bag, pangatawan mo yan :P

  6. Hay. Pet peeve ko rin yan. Especially when the bag is really small. Dati, kapag marami akong dala at makikipagkita sa boyfriend, sinisigurado ko talagang medyo "manly" yung bag. Hehehe. Pero noon yun. Wala ngayon e. Hahaha.

  7. Natatndaan ko gumawa ko paper sa writing class namin with feminism as a topic, subject ko yung supposedly male acts of chauvinism. That what these things really do is subjugate the women because if men do it for them it is because women can't do it for themselves. Pinagbubkas ng pinto kasi di nila kaya, pinagbubuhat ng gamit kasi mahina sila, binabantayan pag tumawid kasi para silang bata, and so on.

  9. Syempre naman. I never did that before, so why should I start now? Hahaha. Pero ganun naman talaga ako ever since eh. I never did once get a guy to bring my bag for me if it's a girly bag, sa liit ba naman ng mga yun. Sometimes nga I don't even bother to ask them to bring my backpack for me.

  11. Ay ganun? Unfair. I hate it pag ganyan ang treatment ng men. Just because we're women doesn't mean we can't do it. At work nga, I do a lot of heavy lifting of sets dati. Mostly female ang crew namin eh.

  13. Never ako ako pumayag magpabuhat ng gamit, kahit gaano pa kabigat yung dala ko. I don't know why, I just don't like it. Meh.

  14. Sometimes nga when someone offers to carry my backpack, di rin ako pumapayag maski mabigat. Nakasanayan na rin, I guess.
